Spectrum of Light: Paintings by Anna Vanesyan

Categories:

Paintings by Anna Vanesyan will be on exhibit in the library’s Meeting Room Gallery during the months of September and October 2026.

The artist says of her work:

I draw inspiration from the timeless techniques of contemporary impressionism. My artistry reflects the seasons of my life, with each phase bringing distinct themes and subjects. Currently, I find solace and inspiration in capturing the serene beauty of New England’s landscapes. Influenced by the masterpieces of impressionists, as well as contemporary artists, I continually push the boundaries of my creativity.

Embracing a loose style characterized by bold brushstrokes and bright colors, I aims to inspire a sense of joy, warmth, and appreciation for life’s fleeting moments.

Through my art, I aspire to transport viewers to a world of beauty, introspection, and wonder, inviting them to share in the boundless possibilities of the creative spirit.

Anna Vanesyan lives and works in the Greater Boston area. In addition to having studied fine art for four years, she holds a master’s degree in food packaging design and technology. Anna’s paintings have been featured in both local and international exhibitions, and she is currently a member of the Stow Area Guild of Artists and the Sudbury Art Association.
