The Acton Memorial Library is proud to partner with the Massachusetts Trial Court Law Libraries to offer access to virtual court services through the Public Library Initiative. For more information about the virtual services that are available through the Trial Court, please visit the Massachusetts Access to Justice (A2J) resources website.

To better serve our community as they access the virtual court services and resources, the Acton Memorial Library is happy to offer:

  • A private study room available for use during video hearings and chats
  • A laptop with stable internet access, video and audio capabilities, and printer access
  • Headphones free of charge

To reserve a private room:

Use our online room booking service OR

Call ahead: 978-929-6657

Because these rooms fill up quickly, please reserve the room at least one day in advance. To avoid any disruptions, please set your room reservation to start at least 15 minutes before and end at least 15 minutes after your remote court session.

Please check in at the upstairs Reference Desk shortly before the start of your room reservation. Headphones and Chromebook laptops with quick links to A2J resources are also available to borrow at the Reference Desk.

Current hours of operation for the Acton Memorial Library are available on the library’s branch page.
