George W. Edson, age 19, a Soldier, is recorded in the 1865 Massachusetts State Census for Stow, in household (dwelling no. 229/231) of John M. Edson and Mary H. Edson (Lainhart, 1855 and 1865 Massachusetts State Censuses for Stow, p. 62).
