Who was born the
day of
A.D. 1834
in
Medway County of  Norfolk State of Massachusetts

On Sept. 23rd, 1861 I first entered the service as private, in Company K First Massachusetts Cavalry afterwards I was transferred to Company K 4th Regiment Massachusetts Cavalry.

 

After a service of forty-nine months I was per order General Order No. 144 A. G. O., finally discharged on Nov. 14, 1865.
