Who was born the day of A.D. 1838
in
Alexandria County of Grafton State of New Hampshire

I first entered the service, as private, in Company K 6th Mass. Infantry on August 3rd, 1862, for nine months service.

 

I was finally discharged for disability, after I had been in service five months and the date of discharge was on January 29, '63.
