Comrade Warren B. Ball
Who was born the day of A.D. 1830
in
Lowell County of Middlesex State of Massachusetts

 

I first entered the service on April 19th, 1861 with Company G 5th Massachusetts Infantry and was with this company three months, during this time I held the rank of Corporal.

I was discharged but was re-enlisted and then transferred to 44th Massachusetts Volunteers for nine months

On September 1st, 1863 after the expiration of terms of fourteen months service, in both Regiments, I was finally discharged
