Foreign Language Collections
The library has a Chinese language collection, and smaller collections of books in French, Spanish, Russian, Korean, Portuguese, Gujarati, Hindi, and Tamil.
Acton Collection
The Acton Collection is a circulating collection of materials related to the Town of Acton. The Acton Collection is shelved in the original 1890 building, which serves as the Library's Genealogy and Local History Room. Information in the Acton Collection is supplemented by materials found in the non-circulating Reference and Genealogy Collections.
Genealogy Collection
The Genealogy Collection is a non-circulating, secure collection of materials that aid family history research. The collection has an emphasis on Massachusetts and also on the Civil War. The Genealogy Collection is accessible whenever the library is open. Researchers are asked to sign in at the Reference Desk before using the collection.
