William Reed, age 28, is recorded as an inhabitant of Littleton, Mass. in the 1850 federal census, with family (no. 5) members Lucy Reed, age 43, William B. Reed, age 7, Lucy Reed, age 5, and Henry B. Deluce, age 18. The family was living in the house (dwelling no. 4) of Willam Reed's parents Benjamin and Polly Reed.
