Luke J. Robbins, age 23, a carpenter, is recorded as an inhabitant of Acton in the 1860 federal census, in household (dwelling no. 90) with Anna Robbins, age 22 (source:  1860 United States Federal Census. In: Ancestry.com [online database]).

Luke Jones Robbins, age 28, a carpenter, is recorded in the 1865 Massachusetts State Census for Acton, in household (dwelling no. 62) with Anna Elizabeth Robbins  (source:  1855 and 1865 Massachusetts State Census for Acton. Compiled by Ann S. Lainhart.  Boston, 1989. Page 49.)

His first wife, Anna E. Robbins died in Acton September 29, 1865. His second wife, Mary W. Robbins, died in Acton November 28, 1876 (source: pension file).
