Who was born the day of A.D. 1831
in
Fort Ann County of State of New York

On Dec. 28th, 1863, I first entered the service as private with Company I 16th, New York Heavy Artillery and remained in this regiment for twenty months.

 

After the service of this company, I was discharged on August 21, 1865, per special order No. 194 of War Department.
