The Acton Memorial Library’s Pinterest page is chock-full of information that is both fun and functional. You can access the page at  www.pinterest.com/actonmemorial  or by clicking on the "P" logo at the bottom right of our home page. You DO NOT have to join Pinterest to take advantage of the variety of resources we have pinned to our boards.

Each board highlights a different subject matter (Top requests, Museum passes, Reading lists, Technology tutorials, etc.).  Click on the board, and then click on the images “pinned” to that board to access a variety of articles, infographics, and other resources.  For example, click on the board entitled “Resources for Job Hunters.”  You will now see a page full of images!  Click on an image that interests you – perhaps “The Ultimate Guide to Job-Hunting Post-50.” At the next screen, click on the image again, and you will be brought to the Forbes website where the article is published.

We also have many boards highlighting books and movies that we have here at the Acton Memorial Library.  Click on the image, and you will be brought to the link in our online catalog.  From there, you can see if the book is in, or request it.

If you already have a Pinterest account, or if you choose to join Pinterest, you can follow the Acton Memorial Library Pinterest page.  If you follow us, you will see all of our new pins as we update them through your Pinterest feed.
